  • Pre-Orders: All pre-order items (including the Of Love and Fires paperback and Deluxe Gold Edition) will begin shipping on 26 May 2025. Please allow additional time for delivery based on your location.

  • Shipping Rates:

    • Within Australia: Free standard shipping on all orders.

    • Express Shipping: Coming soon!

    • International Orders: Rates calculated at checkout based on destination.

  • Delivery Timeframes:

    • Domestic (Standard): Estimated 3–7 business days after dispatch.

    • International: Estimated 7–21 business days after dispatch.

  • Order Tracking:

    • A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been shipped.

  • Customs and Duties (for international orders): Any applicable customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Shipping Delays:

    • Please note that unforeseen delays (e.g., postal disruptions or natural disasters) may affect delivery times. We will keep you updated in such instances.

    • By placing a pre-order for Of Love and Fires, you agree to wait until the official shipping date (26 May 2025) for dispatch.

    • Payments for pre-orders are processed at the time of purchase.

  • Returns and Refunds:

    • Due to the nature of pre-orders and limited editions, all sales are final. Refunds or exchanges will only be offered for defective or damaged items.

    • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@chroniclesofloveandfires.com within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the damage.

  • Digital Products:

    • All eBook purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been sent.

  • Intellectual Property:

    • All content on this website, including text, images, and branding, is the intellectual property of Ettè Karney and Of Love and Fires. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.
